Tesla Advisor – Agoura Hills, CA

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tesla Advisor to join our team in Agoura Hills, CA. The Tesla Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Tesla customers, as well as providing sales and technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to Tesla customers, including answering questions, providing product information, and resolving customer issues.

• Assist customers with the purchase of Tesla vehicles, including providing product information, answering questions, and helping customers select the best vehicle for their needs.

• Provide technical support to Tesla customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new Tesla products and services.

• Assist with the setup and installation of Tesla vehicles.

• Assist with the maintenance and repair of Tesla vehicles.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of Tesla products and services.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
