Tesla Advisor – West Covina

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Tesla Advisor to join our team in West Covina. The Tesla Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Tesla customers, as well as providing sales and technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to Tesla customers, including answering questions, providing product information, and resolving customer issues.
• Assist customers with the purchase of Tesla vehicles, including providing product information, answering questions, and helping customers select the best vehicle for their needs.
• Provide technical support to Tesla customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Tesla products and services.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of Tesla vehicles.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Knowledge of Tesla products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
