Team Member – Pasadena
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team in Pasadena. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily operations, and helping to ensure the smooth running of the store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have
• Process customer orders and payments
• Stock shelves and maintain store displays
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures
• Ensure store is clean and organized
• Assist with inventory management
• Assist with promotional activities
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours
