Salary: $75,810 – $159,600
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our USDS team in Los Angeles. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and developing relationships with potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our organization.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Utilize various recruiting methods such as job postings, job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting and developing relationships with potential candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
