Supervisor-Front Desk
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor-Front Desk to join our team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that all guests receive excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise front desk staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
• Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service
• Monitor front desk operations to ensure that all procedures are followed
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensure that all front desk staff adhere to hotel policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure that all front desk staff are properly trained in customer service and hotel policies
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours
Compensation:
This position pays $24.70 – $27.45 an hour.
