Sales Associate – Manhattan Village Mall

Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at the Manhattan Village Mall in Manhattan Beach. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and helping to maintain the store’s appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Assist customers with their purchases
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Process payments and handle cash
• Assist with inventory management
• Follow store policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Compensation:

This position pays $16 – $22 an hour.
