Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team! As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and helping customers find the products they need.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with assistance

• Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and payment options

• Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests

• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

• Maintain a clean and organized store

• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise

• Assist with inventory management

• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

• Follow all safety and security procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to use basic math skills

• Ability to use a computer and POS system

Compensation:

This position pays $15.50 – $16.50 an hour.
