Retail Sales Associate

Location: West Hills, CA

Hourly Rate: $16.04

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team in West Hills. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and helping to maintain the store’s appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Assist customers with their purchases
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• Stock shelves and restock merchandise
• Assist with inventory management
• Follow store policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
