Remote Customer Service Representative
Location: Anaheim, CA
Pay:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
• Process orders and handle returns
• Maintain customer records and update customer information
• Provide product information and answer questions
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
• Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work remotely and be available during business hours
