Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Woodland Hills. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Manage the front desk, including sorting and distributing mail, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation: $18 – $21 per hour
