Salary: $69,000 – $103,000

Job Description:

We are looking for a Real Estate Project Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. The Real Estate Project Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and project management support for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, project management, and real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and develop financial models to evaluate potential real estate projects

• Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Prepare and present project reports to management

• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and contractors

• Research and analyze market trends and competitive landscape

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize project profitability

• Manage project risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Provide support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and project management

• Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software
