Job Description:

We are looking for a Patient Ambassador to join our team in Glendale. The Patient Ambassador will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors of our facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the facility

• Provide information and assistance to patients and visitors

• Answer questions and provide directions

• Assist with registration and scheduling of appointments

• Assist with patient check-in and check-out

• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Compensation:

This position pays $18.09 per hour.
