Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part Time (30 hours) Associate Banker to join our team in Montebello, CA. The Associate Banker will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and assisting customers with their banking needs. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of banking products and services, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with their banking needs, including opening accounts, making deposits and withdrawals, and transferring funds
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
• Cross-sell bank products and services
• Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with banking regulations
• Assist with other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous banking experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a background check
Compensation
This position pays $22.50 – $26.11 an hour.
