Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operator – Telecom to join our team in Monterey Park. The Operator – Telecom will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our customers. The Operator – Telecom will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, as well as providing technical support and assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and customer service to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Provide technical assistance and support to customers
• Monitor and maintain customer accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests
• Maintain customer records and databases
• Assist with installation and maintenance of telecom equipment
• Assist with the development and implementation of telecom systems
• Monitor and analyze telecom system performance
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a telecom environment
• Knowledge of telecom systems and equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
