Operator/Receptionist

Salary: $36,200 – $54,500
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operator/Receptionist to join our team in West Hills. The Operator/Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors, as well as providing administrative support to the office.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and friendly demeanor
