Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $17.50/hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate Seasonal (“Athlete”) to join our team at Nike East LA. As a Retail Sales Associate Seasonal (“Athlete”), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers to determine their needs, and providing product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Engage with customers to determine their needs and provide product knowledge

• Assist customers in selecting the right product for their needs

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a neat and organized store environment

• Assist in maintaining store visual standards

• Assist in maintaining store inventory

• Assist in other store duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
