Mortgage Field Services Inspector

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $20 – $30 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a Mortgage Field Services Inspector to join our team in Los Angeles. The Mortgage Field Services Inspector will be responsible for inspecting residential and commercial properties to ensure they meet the standards of the mortgage company. The Inspector will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of the property, taking photos, and completing reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties

• Take photos of the property and document any issues

• Complete detailed reports of the inspection

• Ensure that all inspections are completed in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of all inspections

• Communicate with clients and mortgage companies regarding inspection results

• Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in property inspection or related field

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
