Mortgage Field Services Inspector

Location: Oxnard, CA

Pay: $20 – $30 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a Mortgage Field Services Inspector to join our team in Oxnard, CA. The Mortgage Field Services Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating the condition of residential properties. The Inspector will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of properties, taking photographs, and completing detailed reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties

• Take photographs of the property and its condition

• Complete detailed reports on the condition of the property

• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders regarding the condition of the property

• Ensure that all inspections are completed in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of all inspections

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in property inspection or related field

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
