Maintenance Worker I

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Hourly Rate: $22.64

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Maintenance Worker I to join our team in Hawthorne. The Maintenance Worker I will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facility. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

• Inspect and maintain facility equipment and systems

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Follow safety protocols and procedures

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a maintenance role

• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
