Lead Cashier (Part-Time)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $18/hour

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Los Angeles. The Lead Cashier will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cashier team, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. The Lead Cashier will also be responsible for training and developing new cashiers, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the cashier team, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Train and develop new cashiers, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Ensure that all cashiers adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Monitor cashier performance and provide feedback as needed.

• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Basic math and computer skills.
