Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our Emergency Department in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of supplies and equipment in the department, ensuring that all items are properly stored and accounted for.
The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for:
• Maintaining accurate records of all inventory items, including quantity, location, and expiration dates.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Ensuring that all items are properly stored and accounted for.
• Performing regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Investigating discrepancies and resolving any issues.
• Working with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control and management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. This position requires the ability to work nights and weekends.
This position pays $25.49 – $40.78 an hour.
