Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inspection Coordinator to join our team in Chatsworth, CA. The Inspection Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling inspections for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule inspections with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that all inspections are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections
• Monitor and track inspection progress
• Communicate inspection results to clients and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
• Provide administrative support to the inspection team
• Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in inspection coordination
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
