IHT Recruiting Specialist

Location: La Puente, CA

Hourly Rate: $24.62

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IHT Recruiting Specialist to join our team in La Puente. The IHT Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for IHT positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IHT industry and be able to identify and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for IHT positions.

• Source and screen potential candidates through job postings, job boards, social media, and other recruiting methods.

• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and skills.

• Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.

• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources.

• Knowledge of IHT industry and related job functions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
