Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Information Specialist [HYBRID] to join our team in Rosemead. The Human Resources Information Specialist [HYBRID] will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department by maintaining and updating employee records, processing payroll, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
• Process payroll for all employees
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
• Respond to employee inquiries and requests
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
