Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Hawthorne, CA
Hourly Rate: $27/hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Hawthorne, CA. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with employee relations issues, such as performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and grievances
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and other documents
• Assist with other HR projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
