Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Host to join our team in Inglewood. The Host will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with menus

• Seat guests in a timely manner

• Answer questions about menu items and specials

• Ensure guests are comfortable and their needs are met

• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

• Ensure all tables are properly set up and clean

• Monitor dining room for cleanliness and orderliness

• Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Host or in a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Knowledge of food and beverage service

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

This position pays $15.96 – $17.00 an hour.
