Job Description

Hollister Co. is looking for a Brand Representative to join our team in West Covina, CA. The Brand Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting the brand, and helping to drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a strong knowledge of the Hollister Co. brand. They should be outgoing, friendly, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have

• Promote the Hollister Co. brand and products

• Help to drive sales by suggesting additional items and upselling

• Maintain a neat and organized store environment

• Assist with inventory management and restocking

• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Passion for fashion and knowledge of the Hollister Co. brand

• Outgoing and friendly personality

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Compensation:

This position pays $15.50 an hour.
