Geek Squad Agent (Retail Store)
Location: Hawthorne, CA
Pay: $15.00 – $18.22 an hour
Job Description:
We are looking for a Geek Squad Agent to join our team in Hawthorne, CA. The Geek Squad Agent will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to customers in our retail store.
The Geek Squad Agent will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with computers, tablets, and other electronic devices. The Agent will also be responsible for providing advice and recommendations to customers on the best products and services to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to think quickly and solve problems.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and customer service to customers in our retail store
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with computers, tablets, and other electronic devices
• Provide advice and recommendations to customers on the best products and services to meet their needs
• Assist customers with product setup and installation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and security protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Strong technical background and knowledge of computers, tablets, and other electronic devices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
