Food Service Attendant – Kitchen

We are looking for a Food Service Attendant – Kitchen to join our team in Torrance. The Food Service Attendant – Kitchen will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards

• Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area

• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist in the preparation of food items

• Stock and rotate food items

• Monitor food temperatures and quality

• Ensure that all food items are stored properly

• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment

• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a food service environment preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
