Job Description:

We are looking for a Flower Shop Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their flower orders, and helping to maintain the overall appearance of the shop.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with their flower orders, including selecting the right flowers, arranging them, and providing advice on care and maintenance
• Ensure that the shop is well-stocked and organized
• Maintain the overall appearance of the shop, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Knowledge of flowers and flower care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
