Financial Analyst I – Full Time Exempt – Days – 8hr

Location: Covina, CA

Salary: $27.91 – $39.91 an hour

Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst I is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organization. This position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and making recommendations to management. The Financial Analyst I will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models and forecasting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting.

• Analyze and interpret financial information to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports.

• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations.

• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis for special projects.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for external stakeholders.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of two years of experience in financial analysis.

• Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.

• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
