Facilities Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $69,000 – $100,000
Job Description:
We are looking for a Facilities Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. The Facilities Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Facilities Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the performance of the facilities, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of the facilities, including energy consumption, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the facilities and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including safety, environmental, and building codes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, including safety, environmental, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
