Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Executive Assistant II to join our team in Los Angeles. The Executive Assistant II will provide administrative support to the executive team and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the executive team’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
• Monitor and maintain office supplies
• Greet and assist visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage and coordinate special projects
• Provide administrative support to the executive team
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and appearance
