Job Description:

We are looking for an Entry Level – Part Time Teller 1 to join our team in Diamond Bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing customer transactions, and providing support to other tellers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Accurately process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

• Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies

• Assist customers with account inquiries and other banking needs

• Cross-sell bank products and services

• Follow all bank policies and procedures

• Provide support to other tellers

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to handle cash accurately

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation:

This is an entry-level, part-time position with an hourly rate of $18.22.
