Job Description
We are looking for an Entry Level Help Desk Technician to join our team for a 2 month contract. This position will require nights and weekends and will pay $25 – $30 an hour.
The Entry Level Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to customer inquiries, and providing technical advice. The Technician will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our customer database.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide technical advice and guidance
• Maintain and update customer database
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
• Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
