Donor Center Technician

Location: Bellflower, CA

Pay: $18.10 – $23.11 an hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Donor Center Technician to join our team in Bellflower, CA. The Donor Center Technician will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to donors, ensuring the safety of donors and staff, and performing all duties related to the collection of blood and blood products. The Donor Center Technician will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the donor center, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to donors, ensuring a positive experience

• Ensure the safety of donors and staff by following all safety protocols

• Perform all duties related to the collection of blood and blood products

• Maintain the cleanliness of the donor center

• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order

• Provide general administrative support

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer service role

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow safety protocols

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
