Citrus is looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of customer service representatives and ensure that customer service standards are met
• Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback to team members
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses
• Monitor customer service trends and recommend changes to improve customer service
• Train and mentor customer service representatives
• Develop customer service reports and analyze customer feedback
• Maintain customer service records
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Ability to work flexible hours
Compensation:
This position pays $25.61 an hour.
