Coordinator, Coordinated Entry System (CES) Planning
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $64,480 – $89,436
The Coordinator, Coordinated Entry System (CES) Planning is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Coordinated Entry System (CES) in Los Angeles. The Coordinator will work with local stakeholders to ensure that the CES is implemented in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local service providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that the CES is effective and efficient.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the Coordinated Entry System (CES) in Los Angeles in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that the CES is effective and efficient.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the CES and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the CES.
• Provide technical assistance to local service providers and other stakeholders on the implementation of the CES.
• Prepare and present reports on the implementation and effectiveness of the CES.
• Participate in meetings and conferences related to the CES.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in social services, public administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to the Coordinated Entry System.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
