Position: Communications Operator

Location: Downey, CA

Salary: $23.76 – $26.32 an hour

We are seeking an experienced Communications Operator to join our team in Downey, CA. The Communications Operator will be responsible for providing efficient and effective communication services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers

• Troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide solutions

• Maintain customer records and update customer information

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
