Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Client Service Associate to join our team in Pasadena. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that all their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service background.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients

• Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of data

• Assist clients with any issues or concerns they may have

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients

• Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

• Assist with any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• At least 2 years of customer service experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
