Check Caller Expeditor

Location: Marina del Rey, CA

Pay: $24.16/hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a Check Caller Expeditor to join our team in Marina del Rey. The Check Caller Expeditor will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of check information and ensuring that all checks are processed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy of check information, including name, address, and account number

• Ensure that all checks are processed in a timely manner

• Monitor check processing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during check processing

• Maintain accurate records of all check processing activities

• Communicate with customers regarding check processing issues

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in check processing or banking preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
