Career Services Case Worker

Location: Pasadena, CA

Salary: $57,516 – $71,829

Job Summary:

The Career Services Case Worker is responsible for providing comprehensive career services to individuals in the Pasadena area. The Case Worker will provide career counseling, job search assistance, resume and cover letter writing, and other career-related services. The Case Worker will also provide support to employers in the area by helping them to identify qualified job candidates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide career counseling and job search assistance to individuals in the Pasadena area.

• Assist individuals in developing resumes and cover letters.

• Provide job search resources and referrals to other services.

• Assist employers in identifying qualified job candidates.

• Maintain accurate records of services provided.

• Participate in job fairs and other career-related events.

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers in the area.

• Provide support to other Career Services staff.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• At least two years of experience in career services or related field.

• Knowledge of job search strategies and resources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work with diverse populations.
