Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
• Develop relationships with potential clients and manage existing client relationships
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Monitor industry trends and identify potential opportunities
• Prepare and present sales presentations
• Track and report on sales activities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
