Associate Personal Banker – Reseda
We are looking for an experienced Associate Personal Banker to join our team in Reseda. The Associate Personal Banker will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as providing financial advice and guidance.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing financial advice.
• Open and maintain customer accounts, including checking and savings accounts.
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Assist customers with loan applications and other financial services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activity.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a banking or customer service role.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
