Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Part Time Reseller Sales Specialist to join our team in Montebello. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our resellers. This is a fixed term position with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our resellers
• Assist resellers with product selection, pricing, and availability
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with resellers
• Assist with promotional activities and events
• Monitor and report on sales performance
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Apple products and services
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
