Airport Customer Service Agent (AA) – BUR in LLC
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Airport Customer Service Agent (AA) to join our team at BUR in LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and other airport personnel. This includes assisting with ticketing, baggage handling, and other customer service related tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet passengers and provide assistance with ticketing, baggage handling, and other customer service related tasks.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and other services.
• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures.
• Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Monitor the security of the airport and ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience in an airport setting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of airport security regulations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy luggage.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
