Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Specialist I to join our team in Walnut. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the organization, including data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Prepare and distribute reports and other documents as needed.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
