Administrative Assistant IV – School of Medicine, Pasadena
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant IV is responsible for providing administrative support to the School of Medicine in Pasadena. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the faculty, staff, and students of the School of Medicine. The Administrative Assistant IV will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the School of Medicine, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and providing general administrative support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the faculty, staff, and students of the School of Medicine.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the School of Medicine, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and providing general administrative support.
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other documents.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Coordinate and manage special projects and events.
• Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• At least five years of administrative experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
