Administrative Assistant – Inglewood Stadium
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Inglewood Stadium in Inglewood, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Stadium staff and management.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Stadium staff and management, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $23 per hour.
